- hermyhq.service: PORT 4024 (4023 occupied by pr-agent-bun)
- Caddyfile.prod: hamc.* proxy → 4024
- hermyhq-render.service: new systemd unit for shorts render worker
  (Remotion + edge-tts, runs /opt/hermyhq-renderer)
