asepharyana 7b0b53671f style: format seluruh workspace dengan cargo fmt
Menyeragamkan format kode sesuai rustfmt (126 file). Sebelumnya
lefthook pre-commit 'cargo fmt --check' akan gagal pada commit apa pun.
