MythEclipseandClaude 9ab8d41adf feat(android): generate launcher icons from zeavis-logo.svg during CI build 
- Add scripts/generate-icons.js using sharp to convert SVG to PNG
  at all Android density buckets (mdpi 48→xxxhdpi 192)
- Add sharp as devDependency
- Update CI workflow to run icon generation after tauri android init
- Replaces Tauri's default icons with ZeaVis Edu logo

MythEclipseandClaude d8e1b0b681 feat(tauri): add Tauri v2 Android app wrapper 
- Wrap apps/web as Android APK via Tauri v2 WebView (zero web changes)
- Disable default compression feature to avoid brotli/alloc-no-stdlib conflict with Rust 1.96
- Add RGBA icon placeholders
- Add Android keystore to gitignore

APK output: apps/tauri/gen/android/app/build/outputs/apk/
