Muhammad Zakir Ramadhan 052423556a fix release.yml: pin bun-version literally so the workflow pin test passes ...

The release workflow hoisted bun-version into an env var, but test/cli.test.ts asserts
both workflows carry the literal 'bun-version: 1.3.14' pin. Revert the indirection - the
pin is the point.
