Deploy Scraper / build-and-deploy (push) Canceled after 0s
Repo is now self-contained: flake.nix (cargo build) + deploy.yml (nix build -> nix copy -> nix-env profile -> systemctl restart scraper). No longer dispatches submodule-updated to asepharyana-hub.
