asepharyana	d1b24f8f85	ci: add standalone Nix build + deploy workflow; remove parent notify ... Repo is now self-contained: flake.nix (cargo build) + deploy.yml (nix build -> nix copy -> nix-env profile -> systemctl restart scraper).
