fix(deps): re-pin toolchain after auto-merge regressions (round 2)

dependabot auto-merge re-landed eslint@^10 + @tsparticles@^4 + typescript@7
(no branch protection -> breaking bumps merge even when failing). Re-pin the
known-good stack: eslint ^9, typescript ^6.0.3, tsparticles ^3. Full gate green.
