* feat(gateway): Jev (System One) as primary text moderator with LLM fallback
Add TypeSafe Jev via @typesafe-ai/sdk v0.6.0 as the PRIMARY analyzer for
text-only moderation sub-batches; the existing LLM stays as the fallback
for anything Jev cannot decide confidently (per-message gate rejection or
API failure) and for media batches.
- jevAnalyzer.ts: TypeSafeClient wrapper, declarative state builder
(System One models MUST get factual state, not chat-XML — chat framing
made Jev confidently wrong on clean messages at 0.98 confidence),
message-id-keyed question builder (5 typed questions per message),
cross-consistency acceptance gate (noul↔status↔severity↔action↔category),
answer→AnalysisResult mapper, fail-open outcome.
- textBatchProcessor.ts: Jev-first per sub-batch, rejected ids + API
failures fall back to callModerationLLM; no cross-batch pollution.
- config: AI_LLM_JEV_ENABLED/API_KEY/BASE_URL/MODEL/TIMEOUT_MS/MIN_CONFIDENCE.
- .env.example: documented all 6 Jev env vars.
- tests: unit (question/state builders, gate, mapper) + live smoke
(gated behind AI_LLM_JEV_SMOKE=1) verified 4/4 accepted vs real 9router.

test: add live-LLM E2E moderation test suite

Add tests/llmE2e.test.ts — 7 end-to-end tests driving the REAL
moderation prompt pipeline (buildSystemPrompt → XML payload → llmChat
→ parseModerationResponse) against a live model via omniroute.
Covers: clean technical content (no false positives), harassment
(flagged), username-only offenses including 'Pecinta Pria' +
sexual/provocative usernames + SARA-in-username (always warn/low,
NEVER delete — the nickname-reset path), and spam bursts.
Gated behind AI_LLM_BASE_URL + AI_LLM_API_KEY: CI (no creds) skips
the file → 216 unit tests stay green, zero LLM cost. Run locally via
pnpm test:e2e:live (scripts/run-llm-e2e.sh injects creds from bws).
Verified: 223/223 tests pass with live LLM, stability across 4 runs,
typecheck + biome clean. docs: TESTING.md. ignore .hermes/ plans.

feat(voice): fork @discordjs/voice with video receive support

Fork @discordjs/voice 0.19.2 into vendor/discord-voice-fork and patch the
voice gateway handshake so Discord sends camera/screen-share RTP video:
- Identify payload now declares video:true + streams:[] (derived from
Discord-RE/Discord-video-stream) - this is what makes Discord deliver
H264 (PT 96-127) to the voice socket. Previously the client never
declared video capability, so Discord omitted all video SSRCs/packets.
- op-12 Speaking handler maps streams[].ssrc -> videoSSRC alongside the
audio SSRC, so ssrcMap carries camera/screen-share stream IDs.
- SSRCMap.get() now also resolves video SSRCs (video RTP arrives on a
different SSRC than audio), enabling attribution for videoReceiver.ts.
- Both dist/index.js (CJS) and dist/index.mjs (ESM) patched; 3 isolated
hunks vs upstream, verified by diff.
- package.json points @discordjs/voice -> file:vendor/discord-voice-fork
(pnpm lockfile updated, CI --frozen-lockfile compatible).
- .gitignore: replace global dist/ with per-service explicit patterns so
the vendored fork's dist/ is committed while build outputs stay ignored.
- tests: +3 SSRCMap videoSSRC cases (190 total, all pass).
The receive-side pipeline (H264Depacketizer -> .h264 -> muxToMp4 -> MP4)
already exists in videoReceiver.ts; this unblocks it by making Discord
actually deliver video packets.

- Cache key image = CDN URL (query params stripped), bukan SHA data URL
→ re-analysis SAME attachment selalu cache-hit, berbeda attachment tidak kolisi
- Hapus perceptual hash (imghash dep + phash get/upsert/compute) sepenuhnya
- Hapus makeImageCacheKey hashing, ganti makeImageCacheKey yang return CDN URL
- textCacheStore, visionAnalyzer, mediaCache, mediaAnalysisClient updated
- imghash dependency removed from package.json
- Purge 82 stale cache rows (image: + phash:) dari DB

perf(golive): drop @dank074/discord-video-stream — node_modules 1.5GB → 423MB

Remove the last heavy GoLive dependency now that src/goLive/ replaces it:
- @dank074/discord-video-stream (pulled in @lng2004/node-datachannel
771MB, node-av 118MB + @seydx/node-av-linux-x64 167MB, zeromq 21MB,
fluent-ffmpeg 13MB — ~1.09GB total)
- onlyBuiltDependencies: drop node-av/zeromq/@lng2004 (keep opus/esbuild/sharp)
- pnpm.lock regenerated; orphan .pnpm dirs removed locally
- @discordjs/opus prebuild: rebuilt binary copied into
prebuild/node-v127-napi-v3-linux-x64-glibc-2.39/ (node-pre-gyp find path)
Verified: tsc 0 errors, vitest 8/8, biome clean, opus encode OK.
Fresh CI install now ~423MB instead of ~1.5GB.

pnpm 11 rebuild hanya jalanin script package yang di-approve via
pnpm-workspace.yaml (allowBuilds) DAN abort di kegagalan pertama.
Yaml harus tracked (flake source cuma ikut file git). Tapi pnpm rebuild
tetap gagal karena: (1) node-crc MSRV cargo:: error — dead dep, dihapus
dari deps+patch; (2) sharp install script gagal di sandbox — binary-nya
prebuilt @img, script cuma validasi — dikeluarkan dari approval list;
(3) node-datachannel prebuild CLI TypeError + cmake-js butuh cwd benar.
Fix: loop eksplisit di buildPhase gateway yang jalankan install script
tiap native dep (opus/node-datachannel/zeromq) dengan cwd package dir,
+ cmake (dontUseCmakeConfigure biar stdenv nggak auto-configure),
+ opensslDevEnv = symlinkJoin pkgsStatic.openssl.out (libcrypto.a —
CMakeLists set OPENSSL_USE_STATIC_LIBS=TRUE; pkgs.openssl default
output = bin tanpa lib) + openssl.dev (headers),
+ git (libdatachannel FetchContent clone dari GitHub).
Verifikasi: result store punya opus.node (compile source), node_datachannel.node
(compile source), node-av prebuilt, zeromq prebuilt; runtime smoke test:
PeerConnection instantiate+close OK, OpusEncoder encode OK, dank074
Streamer/prepareStream/playStream load OK.

fix(voice): disable OGG CRC to avoid node-crc native build failure

- prism-media@2.0.0-alpha.0 OggLogicalBitstream requires node-crc
- node-crc is Rust native addon that fails to build (MSRV compat)
- Setting crc: false makes prism-media skip require('node-crc')
- OGG streams work correctly without CRC checksums
- node-crc kept in package.json

fix(voice): revert to prism-media@2.0.0-alpha.0 to fix production runtime errors

Critical production fix for voice recording failures.
Issue:
- Voice recording failing at runtime with "prism.opus.OpusHead is not a constructor"
- Downgrade to prism-media@1.3.5 broke voice recording (missing OggLogicalBitstream/OpusHead classes)
- Code was written for 2.0.0-alpha.0 API
Root Cause:
- prism-media@1.3.5 lacks OggLogicalBitstream and OpusHead classes
- prism-media@2.0.0-alpha.0 has these classes (code was originally written for this version)
- Downgrade to fix peer dependency warning broke working feature
Solution:
- Reverted to prism-media@2.0.0-alpha.0 (original working version)
- Removed @ts-expect-error comments (no longer needed)
- Accept harmless peer dependency warning with @discordjs/voice
Verification:
- TypeScript compilation: 0 errors
- pnpm install successful
- Both versions coexist (pnpm handles dual versions)
Files Modified (3 surgical edits, <15 lines each):
- package.json: Changed version from ^1.3.5 to 2.0.0-alpha.0
- types.ts: Removed @ts-expect-error comment (line 59)
- segment.ts: Removed 2 @ts-expect-error comments (lines 40, 42)
Impact: Voice recording will now work in production

Voice Feature Restoration:
- Implemented full Redis pub/sub pipeline for real-time voice data
- Added VOICE_PCM and VOICE_ACTIVE_USER Redis channels
- Implemented EventBroadcaster.voicePcmData() and voiceActiveUser() methods
- Extended backend redis-bridge to subscribe to voice channels
- Updated backend WebSocket server for binary PCM broadcast
- Replaced globalThis PcmBroadcaster pattern with proper EventBroadcaster DI
- Fixed root cause: PcmBroadcaster functions were never initialized
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed prism-media version conflict (2.0.0-alpha.0 → 1.3.5)
- Fixed type inconsistency in commandHandler.ts (AudioPlayerStatus → string)
Critical Optimizations:
- P1.1: Fixed unbounded memory growth in aiAnalyzer (added LRU caching, max 10K entries)
- P1.2: Converted sync file I/O to async in audio hot paths (recorder, sessionRecording)
- P1.3: Replaced process.exit(1) with proper error handling (bootstrap, aiAnalysisWorker)
Code Quality:
- Removed unused logger field in EventBroadcaster
- Replaced console.* with structured logger.* calls (player, decoder)
- Fixed typos and removed commented debug code
- Added DatabaseError class for better error handling
Files Modified: 18 (discord-gateway: 14, backend: 3, root: 1)
Architecture: Discord → EventBroadcaster → Redis → Backend WebSocket → Frontend

- Remove winston dependency, add pino to discord-gateway package.json

- Replace local retryWithBackoff imports with @bete/shared/utils across 6 files
- Delete shared/utils/retry.ts (42 lines)
- Add CustomLogger type alias to @bete/shared/logger for backwards compatibility
- Remove logger param from all retryWithBackoff calls and uploadToTele interfaces

- Setup event-driven architecture in discord-gateway with Redis pub/sub
- Move Docker files to infra/docker/ with per-service Dockerfiles
- Update docker-compose.yml to use Traefik-only routing (no port exposes)
- Update GitHub Actions deploy workflow for multi-service matrix build
- Fix all import paths and resolve type errors across all services
- All 3 services pass tsc --noEmit clean
