ci: fix biome format gate so Build & Deploy passes

Auto-format llmClient.ts (Object.assign indent) — the only biome
error blocking the Build & Deploy workflow. Logic unchanged; gateway
biome check now exits 0 (11 pre-existing warnings remain, non-blocking).
